The Learjet 35 is a series of American multi-role business jets and military transport aircraft. Derived from the Learjet 25, it was manufactured by Learjet, a company founded by William P. Lear. It came into production in 1973 and was a prime choice for both corporate and private use due to its excellent range and speed capabilities. Over its production span, 738 units were built.
