Get your Dave Grohl on with a real Gibson without spending a house downpayment! This is a great example of Gibson's expert craftsmanship. The Midtown is a super comfortable combination of the 335 and the Les Paul, blending their best qualities together for an amazing guitar! The strap horn on the horn instead of the back of the neck is personally what makes this guitar much better in my opinion. This one comes with some "mojo" that does not affect playability whatsoever, and this guitar has only even been played in a recording studio (and used on many records). The guitar has had regular upkeep by a professional luthier, and all upgrades have been professionally installed. The nitro finish feels absolutely amazing and the action is super low. Fretboard has been oiled and cleaned, and frets have been polished. The pickups absolutely rip but also clean up really well.Upgrades: New TUSQ nut, Grover locking tuners added, chrome pickup rings added. Pickups have been upgraded, pretty sure they're Custombuckers but cannot confirm (pickup upgrade was noted in the luthier notes in the guitar case). They sound awesome though, much better than any Burstbucker than I've tried.Condition: Good condition overall for a 10 year old guitar, especially for a nitro finish I would say 8.5 out of 10. Some small indentations about the size of a pencil tip on the body (pictured one as an example but there might be one or two more that I didn't capture). Small chip about the size of a pencil tip on the back of the body under the control cavity (pictured). One spot of slight yellowing in the nitro on the back of the neck (pictured) and some finish checking in the neck pocket that is typical with a nitro finish (pictured).Includes a Gibson branded Hard Case and ships fast and safe!
