This 2015 Martin Custom Shop O-14  features ornate and subtle details from the Martin Custom Shop, creating this one-of-a-kind single-ought guitar. Featuring gorgeously grained solid Tigerwood back and sides and a lovely solid Italian Alpine Spruce top, this high-fidelity Martin guitar has  beautiful binding and rosette, all leading to a smooth dynamic response and a harmonic-rich mid-range character, par excellence.  Body:  Top: Italian Alpine Spruce, back and sides: Tigerwood, in Mahogany Burst finish. Neck: Mahogany with a Ebony fingerboard, 24.9” scale length, 1.69” nut width, 14 frets clear, 20 total, diamond and squares mother of pearl inlays. Hardware: Grover 18:1 tuning keys, Ebony bridge, bone nut. Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has very light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear, there’s some minor discoloration of the tuning keys. The back has very light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic. Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. Weight:  4lbs.   Case: This guitar ships without a case, professionally packaged, and fully insured.
