For your consideration here is a 1957 Fender Stratocaster in Sunburst refinish. The body has an old professional nitrocellulose refin. But the penciled dates and finish in the cavities and neck pocket are left unaltered. The neck has been fully refinished including a replacement of the original decal. Neck Profile: Soft V Neck Thickness (IN): 1st - .88” & 12th - .89” Serial number: -22075 Body Date: 8/57 Neck Date: 5/57 Electronics: All original, except for the neck pickup, which has been touched up but retains its original windings. The Stackpole pots are stamped 304704, though some digits are obscured. Pickup Measurements: Bridge: 6.7k Middle: 5.7K Neck: 5.9k Pickguard: Original, with some cracking and shrinkage, but still functional. Accessories: Original tremolo arm. Non-original modern hardcase.
