This listing is for a Custom Suhr Classic S Antique guitar with a roasted flamed maple neck in Pelham Blue relic finish. This a high-end custom build that was purchased brand new only about 4 months ago. It's in the same brand new condition other than one extremely minor blemish listed below. If you put this guitar's specs in Suhr's guitar builder on their website you’ll see for yourself that this guitar prices out over $5k. I'm now selling for $1,675 lower than what I paid for it just 4 months ago. The only reason I'm even considering selling this is due to an unexpected financial situation. Otherwise, there would be no way I'd let this one go. This is one of the best all-around guitars I've come across. These high-end Suhr guitars make Gibsons and Fenders look like toys. It has less than 5 hours of playing on it and has never even left my smoke-free home. The action is perfectly low but with no fret buzz or snapping. The neck is without a doubt the most comfortable I've ever played in my 30+ years of professional work. And it's easily the most versatile sounding guitar I've encountered with a Thornbucker in the bridge for high gain tones while retaining amazing clarity, and the V60LP pickups in the middle and neck for those clear, chimey, strat-like sounds. Suhr pickups are some of the best in the business. The neck, action and the easy access to the upper frets, thanks to Suhr's angled heel carve which makes the playability of this guitar incredibly easy. The SSCII electronics eliminate all hum that you often get with single coils, while also eliminating volume spikes or drops when switching between the humbucker and single coils. The only thing that is keeping this guitar from being in BRAND NEW condition, is an extremely tiny blemish as shown/circled in one of the photos. I've zoomed way in and circled where a tiny splinter chipped off from an area that has absolutely no impact on the guitar's playability, tone, intonation, etc. The splinter was completely cosmetic but I had it repaired anyway. At this point, you've got to REALLY be trying to find it to even notice where it happened. This tiny little blemish is the only reason this guitar is reduced in price as much as it is. But I point it out because I list all my items as accurately and honestly as possible (see my perfect seller feedback).
