2004 Gretsch limited edition White Falcon with aged lacquer finish. The guitar has been played professionally during its lifetime and while cared for meticulously, it also resembles a real 1957 Gretsch. The limited edition aged lacquer finish has also "aged in' to its current appearance making it difficult to tell this is not a 1950's Gretsch - but one made in Japan in the 2000's. The gold plating has worn in typical spots due to normal player wear. The guitar is set up with an ABR-1 gold tune-o-matic style bridge, but includes the original gold Melita bridge. Also, the bridge pickup has been changed to a TV Jones Dynasonic. The original pickup is included. This instrument has been used for jazz, country, rockabilly, and many recording projects. Comes with original Gretsch hardshell form fitting case. Case is in excellent condition. The 1957 features are recreated and even improved upon here in the new G6136T-LDS. This is the top of the line DynaSonic Equipped Falcon currently offered by Gretsch. It recreates the look, sound, and feel of an original '57 but with modern dependability and durability.
