We’d happily lose track of time with this brand new 00-H from Gage Halland any day. Not only does Gage manage to coax great projection and headroom out of a petite package, he manages to do so without compromising the warmth and treble presence where the 00 body already shines. The result is a full, comprehensive, engrossing voice. The use of Brazilian Rosewood (straight-grained and dark) and Swiss Moonspruce on top, of course, helps, but boy you could play out of tune on this 00-H and it’d still sound good.
