The craftsmanship and attention to detail rival those of its USA counterparts, if not matching them outright.Sourcing Japanese-made JMS is becoming increasingly challenging, even within Japan itself. Their growing popularity among musicians, paired with the high level of Japanese craftsmanship, has made these models highly sought after and collectible. This particular model was produced in limited quantities, intended only for the Japanese market, and is rarely seen outside of Japan.In terms of condition, this Jazzmaster is in excellent shape, with minimal signs of use or wear. A few light surface marks can be found, but overall, the guitar is incredibly clean and well-maintained.The 7.25” radius slim vintage 60's oval ("C") neck is in fantastic condition, and the frets show only light wear, having been dressed for optimal playability. The stock electronics are fully functional, and the pickup covers and knobs have aged beautifully to a vintage amber tone, enhancing the guitar's retro charm.
