This Fender Jazz Bass was made in the USA in 1963. The finish is a bit of a mystery. It is a cool greenish blue color. There are factory markings under the pickguard indicating a factory refin in "s-green" which seems to indicate sherwood green, but the finish looks more like ocean turquoise although its hard to tell . At some point, someone sprayed black over the green, and then it was removed. The finish looks pretty good but there is still black in all the cavities and screw holes. It also looks like it was left in a case with a strap causing additional damage to the back. All the parts are original except for 1 switch and the nut. The guitar has been pro-setup and plays and sounds great. It comes with a Fender case but its not original.
