2018 NAMM Show Oni Guitars Brute Custom, “Reclining Nude”This is a very unique piece from Oni Guitars, based in Australia. Dubbed the Reclining Nude, it is a variation on the Brute model with one-off design flourishes. Perhaps what stands out most is the exposed section of the body, which showcases the electronics and the beautifully made joints that hold both sides together. Set up nicely and playing easily with a low string height and minimal relief.***It’s always nice to see a successful departure from the norm. I find the design to be both striking and tasteful, and it’s one of those guitars you might want to open the case just to look at it.
