The Special Semi-Hollow is a Swiss Army Knife with an f-hole. It can cover all the bases with its versatile electronics. Two 58/15 MT Humbuckers provide plenty of muscle and power, while a Narrow Field noiseless single-coil supplies the quack, chime, and spank. And, if you need more options, you can use the mini-toggles to split the humbucker coils. With this versatile set of electronics, you can get just about any tone you'll ever need. Of course, it goes without saying that the Special is a beautiful guitar (it IS a PRS, after all), but let's say it anyway. The green abalone bird inlays with paua outlines are a nice touch, the maple binding is regal, and the top is gorgeous.
