We're thrilled to offer this stunning Fender Telecaster from 1965, straight from the legendary Fullerton, California factory. Serial #L51148. This Telecaster features a lightweight ash body with a beautifully aged Sunburst finish, sporting a very old refin. The maple neck and fretboard have been oversprayed, and it’s had a refret with medium-jumbo frets for smooth playability. It retains the original "spaghetti" logo, the only area with original lacquer, and is equipped with repro tuners.Despite living a full and eventful life, this guitar is in very good condition. The body has no routes or repairs, and the original pickups, volume pot, and ashtray are intact. The tone pot, 3-way switch, and pickguard have been replaced.This Tele is exceptionally resonant, with a well-balanced 'C' profile neck and an abundance of vintage mojo. It comes with its original hard case, ready for another 58 years of music-making.
