The guitar is equipped with a pair of passive Dimarzio pickups that allows for a very wide tonal palette, from distorted warm classic rock tones, to beautiful, subtle and glassy tones. The makers designed the flat and noticeably thin neck profile with musicians who play fast runs in mind, and who require the best possible access to high positions. The solid mahogany board from which the body is made makes the guitar resonate richly and loudly.The design of the guitar is Music man specific, combining a Gibson single cut shape with a Fender telecaster. The beautiful, naturally finished spalted maple top with very high gradation gives the guitar a unique character which makes it stand out from the crowd.
