Description

Here we have the classic, a beautiful '59 Les Paul reissue that really fulfills all requirements in terms of sound, look and playability in the very best manner. This Paula is an absolute tone monster with its own character and a great response. The Burstbuckers deliver a wonderfully fat sound on the amp that smacks nicely, is not muddy at all and has endless sustain. It really rocks at the bridge, but always stays nice and open. Simply pure Blues on the neck! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great Rock guitar with a classic look. The fact that the guitar also comes from the “Gibson Custom, Art and Historic Division” and is therefore equipped with historically correct specs only makes the overall package even more interesting. Thanks to its '59 Medium neck profile it is exceptionally easy to play and as expected the aging by Grand Master Tom Murphy is beyond reproach: extremely authentic and never exaggerated. Beautifully discreet with countless hairline cracks that cannot be properly captured in the pictures. The enchanting top grain and the high-contrast color gradient are a perfect match. We are therefore delighted to be able to offer you this soundmighty beauty in top condition with minimal signs of use and with an “Aged Historic Reissue” certificate signed by Tom Murphy, Rick Gembar and Edwin Wilson.incl. original case, certificate, hangtagsweight: 4350 gramssubject to differential taxation
