1959 Gibson Les Paul Special. Plays like a dream - low action, huge singing sustain and very resonant with a great pro re-fret. Has had the requisite neck heel repair as most '59's have had - solid as a rock and hard to detect the repair. New set of reproduction tuners are installed - they drop right in and are smooth as silk - the originals are included - they work but are a bit stiff. Sounds amazing with strong original P90s. Beautiful '59 full neck carve. Newer Gibson hard shell case made for Les Paul Specials. Nice light weight and well balanced - 7 pounds 11 ounces of pure vintage rock and roll tone!
