This is a vintage 1975 Rickenbacker 4001 bass with a Mapleglo natural finish. This classic bass stands out with its unique and immediately recognizable sound. Features the famous Rick-O-Sound stereo output, and sounds awesome with rich low end under its throaty Rick growl. It's a monster player and feels amazing. All its hardware is original, but it is missing its bridge mute and its G saddle has an extra filed slot. Its neck pickup is also original but has been professionally rewound by Gemini Pickups. It has lots of personality with honestly-earned some nicks, dings, buckle rash, and one of its knob's lettering looks to have worn off. There are marks on the back/treble side of its neck that were indented (what seems like a ring on a players index finger) but filled in and smooth to the touch. Looks, sounds and plays awesome!
