These “single digits” are particularly sought-after and are therefore priced somewhat higher. In addition, this Paula has a few special features: on the one hand, it has a beautiful top and a uniquely distinctive grain. Of course Tom Murphy personally replicated every trace of play and use and every varnish abrasion from the original during the aging process, as well as applying countless hairline cracks and a fantastic vintage patina. As can be seen from the enclosed certificate of authenticity, the previous owner was also able to have this guitar, which is normally only signed by Joe Perry, signed by Slash during his concert with Myles Kennedy at the Zenith in Munich on 25.04.2024. As is well known, Perry gave the Les Paul to Slash, legendary guitarist of Guns'n'Roses, who then immortalized it with his unique solo in the video for “November Rain”. The Paula with its super comfortable 59 Medium neck profile plays excellently and is including the frets in top condition. Despite its absolutely unique selling point as probably the only Les Paul signed by both artists, it should not only appeal to collectors as it is also fully convincing as a player.
