Fender Stratocaster 1959 - original sunburst Body was litely oversprayed ages ago its a very lite clear lacquer over the original sunburst. Finsih shows normal wear and lite checking and has its original date 8/58. Body wood has no issues only one extra holes by neck plate for ?.Neck was badly over sprayed and was taken back to to wood and re lacquered with a new decal this was done years ago and now is starting to blacklite as it should. No wood issues is a chunky 59 feeling neck also nicely refretted no extra holes or issues the date is hard to see but its 10/58.all original very clean hardware and plastic the pat pend saddles are original and very clean original trem arm includid.Electronics are clean the pots are dated the 1st week of 1959 and is why I call it a 1959. The pickups are all pro rewound and read 5.90, 5.54 , 5.95 all in great working condition and has great tone. original crl1452 3 way switch. The original parts on this guitar not original is the 6 back tremolo cover screws the cover is original. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 7 ozs. Its a really great guitar and super easy to play
