Crafted with AA-grade koa for the top, sides, four-piece Simons wedge back, armrest, backstrap and peghead, this big-bodied acoustic-electric is decked out with a suite of wood appointments. The package features a single-ring koa and boxwood rosette with our geometric Nations pattern and black purfling, a Tropical Vine fretboard inlay featuring boxwood leaves on a koa vine, a boxwood peghead logo and a comfort-enhancing beveled armrest in figured koa. Other details include figured koa binding, maple/black purfling, Gotoh 510 tuners in antique gold, dark-stained bone bridge pins, a koa truss rod cover, and a full-body gloss finish with a satin sheen for the easy-playing Taylor neck that draw out koa's natural golden-brown hues. Players can expect a vibrant midrange response with clear, articulate trebles and a dash of low-end warmth. Featuring a Florentine cutaway and equipped with ES2 electronics and an onboard TaylorSense unit, this model ships in a Western Floral deluxe hardshell case.
