Stunning, stellar example of a 1962 Gretsch 6128 Duo Jet in original black finish. Purchased from the owner who had bought the guitar back in Ohio in the 1960s and kept it clean and unaltered for all these years.    Finish, binding, tuners, the entire guitar is remarkably clean for the age.] Neck is straight with a good action and fantastic playability....has a nice '50s feel to it. Original Filtertron pickups sound super warm and organic with that classic vintage Gretsch tone.    There's nothing like it, nothing like the real thing. Guitar is nice and light and resonant.  A Beatles guitar, like the one George Harrison played, and in super fine condition. Has all the early Gretsch features. What can we say?   It's a show stopper.    Comes with clean vintage original hardshell case.
