Have you been looking for the cleanest example of the 1974 custom like Randy Rhoads loved to play? Well here you go! Everything on this beauty is just like new except for the previous owner changing the tuners to Grover’s and the pickups to what looks to be a set of Dimarzios. I planned to replace them and restore the guitar to factory but just haven’t had the time, although I do have those missing pieces. I can include the period correct waffles I bought and the period correct pickups that were restored. Those together are easily worth 1k.The only “flaws” on this guitar are all pictured. The gold on the output jack has worn, and there are some white spots from the original nitro that are in the back of the neck that are commonly seen on ebony finishes of this era. If you have any questions or want more details please ask but I can almost guarantee you won’t find anything cleaner.
