Gallagher Guitars are Nashville's own guitar brand. They were also Doc Watson's guitar brand of choice. Made in Wartrace, TN, and now Murfreesboro, TN, Gallagher has been making guitars for the songwriter scene since 1965. This example came from the higher price end of the brand and is in very clean condition, with only a maintenance neck reset, refret, and tuner change. The G-70 by Gallagher is a beautifully handcrafted acoustic guitar featuring a classic Dreadnought body shape. It boasts a Sitka spruce top, complemented by a mahogany body and neck for rich, warm tones. The fretboard is made of rosewood and the guitar has a standard scale length of 25.5 inches.
