We're not sure what the original colour would have been, but the white looks cool and it has aged nicely. There doesn’t seem to be any evidence of additional routing. The neck has been oversprayed. The fretboard is in good shape as are the non original frets. The pots have all been changed for newer CTS pots, but the original 3 way selector switch is still present. The guitar comes with hardshell case (non original). This guitar does what you'd expect an early 60's Strat to do. The pickups provide a warm tone across all three positions that run the gamut from full to cutting without getting thin. This is a great guitar that features a cool and unique refin, and all the important features to make it not only a great instrument but a worthy investment for the tone-hound looking for that elusive sound...
