Very Good condition, 7/10, Made in USA, including original hardcase, price brand new is 145899SEK (about 14000USD), there are lots of tiny surface scratches all over the body and one dent in the side and one on the heel, one repaired mid-seam crack in the top with 2 large cleats, see pic (cleats is the professional word for pieces of spruce to reinforce this area, we would probably have done these smaller and it can be redone if a future owner decides to do it), otherwise clean, more info: A rare treasure, the Martin D-45 Dreadnought acoustic guitar has only been made in small handfuls of fits and starts over the past 80 years. Fewer than 100 D-45s were created between '33 and '42, giving them the title of legendary, holy grail acoustic. Although the D-45 was brought back in 1968 and has been in continuous production since, so few are made each year that the D-45 stays relatively static in price and collectibility factor regardless of when the instrument was made.
