I am the original owner and purchased this guitar in Sep 2023. It has been lightly played and kept in a humid controlled room, never got outside. It is in perfect condition, sounds like a beast, very comfortable, effortless to play. Very beautiful Yucatan finish with the roasted flamed maple neck. Wonderful sounding guitar.
