Description

If you're in the market for a small-body Gibson with plenty of character and a rich, woody tone, this early '30s model is a perfect choice. It has undergone several professional repairs to ensure it remains playable for years to come. These include a refret, repairs to two cracks in the rosette with one cleat, the addition of a strap pin on the heel, an installed K&K Mini pickup, repairs to about three side cracks on the bass side lower bout, filled holes at the end block from a previously installed tailpiece, approximately three side cracks on the treble side repaired with dowels and three cleats, a back crack on the bass side lower bout repaired, a replaced bridge, new bridge pins, and a replaced saddle. The guitar plays exceptionally well with low action, delivering a stunning tone that only decades of use can produce. HSC included.
