This Vintage Fender Precision Bass was made in April of 1969 and is in great shape, with normal fret wear, finish checking throughout, and a little bit of buckle rash.
The Natural Ash body and Rosewood fretboard give the bass an understated and classic, perfectly worn in look. The neck is nice and chunky tapered 60’s neck, with a standard “B” nut width. It is set up with medium high action currently. There is one spot on the rear face of the headstock where the screw from the string tree has gone slightly through the headstock. The bass has had the pickguard and knobs replaced, but otherwise looks to be original. The bass has a great vintage P-Bass tone with tons of low-end when plugged in, making a great choice for recording or live performance.
This bass comes with its original rectangular hardshell Fender case with the red lining.
