Finish wear on left lower and upper bout. Recent strings. There is a grain lift as seen in the last picture (pointing to it) Its not a crack and is not visible from the inside nor is there light through it.Overall opinion is very nice for a 48 year old 12 string acoustic. Neck is comfortable, not chunky. Once you start strumming it fills the room with pure sounds. So, vintage guitars? Great investment! More fun than stocks! Just check what any vintage guitar was priced 5 -10 years ago. And you can play them and they are like no other. Reissues are nice but they are new and dont have the mojo that makes thes einstruments so cool. Comes with what you see in the pictures. Nothing else inluded or implied. Feel free to ask any questions. If making an offer, please be realistic. It helps if you qualify why your offer is what it is.About my return policy. There are no returns accepted. The primary reason is to discourage test pilots. It costs me more than I charge to ship to you. Some feel entitled to return anything for any reason (Thanks Amazon). But returns are a very real cost, it costs to ship, it cost to return, it costs time. I know guitars. A vintage instrument is like a vintage car. The parts are old, need care and maintenance. Thats the joy of ownership. So you can buy with confidence. If you are in the BC Lower Mainland, you may contact to arrange a time to try this out before buying. Otherwise,Canada Post shipping is what it is, it always costs me more than I charge and its unfortunate the rates they charge, Tracked service within Canada and to the USA. International shipping would be in the $350 range.
