Beautiful all original Vintage 1979 Natural Blonde finish Fender Stratocaster that Comes with the Original Fender Case, Vibrato arm as well as the Original Fender strap, Key and tool, This 3 bolt, Bullet style Neck adjusting rod and Micro Tilt adjuster CBS Stratocaster has seen extremely little use. I met the original owner as I was checking out his Beautiful "As New" 1978 Alvarez Acoustic with Original Case and he was telling me the story of how he purchased the Alvarez new in 1978 for his graduation present. He was just trying to learn how to play guitar and he said he tried playing for a month or 2 and then put it in the case and left it not to be opened again until I came along. Needless to say I found it to not have any evidence it had ever been played so I agreed with the $250 he was asking without hesitation. Then I told him I was going to Sacramento to check out a Stratocaster, So he says I've got a Stratocaster purchased new right after the Alvarez in 1979 and really just never played it. So I asked if I could check it out, he said yes. This 1979 Stratocaster was absolutely AMAZING! The frets are virtually unused, and the finish is immaculate. All the electrics  (pots, pickups and switch) are original and clean and the hardware all shines like new. and plays and sounds beautifully. They were a bit heavy in 1979, This one weighs in at 9 Lbs. 8 Oz. which gives it INCREDIBLE tone and sustain. I then made an offer to buy them both and we agreed on a package deal price. Then I almost fainted as I loaded them in the truck!I am also including FREE SHIPPING in Continental US
