Here's a 1976 Rickenbacker 4001 bass in Jetflo finish. Clean example, that's 100% original. No breaks, cracks, repairs. Serial dates to July of 1976, along with the pots. Neck through maple body, shark tooth inlays, original "hi-gain" pickups, with both mono and stereo outputs. There's one lacquer checking spot on the side of the neck near the nut/1st fret, that is NOT a crack. Then besides some light wear on the back, the rest of the bass is clean as can be! This is an outstanding playing and sounding 4001. The neck is straight, with easy playing action. It plays so smooth. Truss rods function as they should. And tonally it sounds like only a great Rickenbacker would! Super cool one here. OHSC!
