For Sale - 2022 Tom Anderson Top T Quilt Maple Top in Natural Yellow Sun with Natural Binding This guitar is pretty much like new. I am labeling as excellent although it is pretty close to mint (I never use "mint" when selling as a policy no matter how good it is). As a matter of fact I cannot find any blemishes or defects at all on it to name off. It's pretty much cherry. All electronics, vintage trem and everything else is working perfectly. As with all Andersons, this guitar plays like a dream and is so well balanced and toneful, it blew me away every time I played it. Just a supreme example of their craftsmanship. The pickups just soar, and I don't think I've heard a better sounding bridge pickup ever. High output and creamy. As for the finish and wood they are, of course, top notch. But what really blows me away is this quilt top. Personally, I have had many guitars with quilt but nothing like this. Not sure how they did the dye, but it has a full on 3D effect the way the nuance colors play with the quilt pattern. Up close..looks like little mountain ranges, it's a trip. Take a few steps back and the quilts are arranged almost in a flame pattern. So cool. Weight is 7lbs 3.2oz (7.2 lbs). Includes original hard case and all case candy.
