The Mystery Pacific model by Michael Dunn is based on the original Gypsy guitars invented by Mario Maccaferri before he worked with Selmer. The creation could almost described a Salvidor Dali painting placed on the wall of a romantic 1930's Barcelona Cafe. While its overall vibe looks like it would call for gut string, it is braced for steel and can pull off those Django Reinhardt chops.
