Description

D-35 is Martin's standard model produced since 1965.Although it is a relatively new regular model from Martin, it has been highly praised by folk musicians in particular for its deep and rich sound. This instrument is a 1978 model, which is a popular model from the 70's, but it's a model that came just after the pegs changed from Grover to Schaller. It has a sweet, rich, and relaxed sound that feels just like the 70's sound.Sitka spruce top, Indian rosewood sides & back, ebony fingerboard & bridge. All original except nut and saddle as I told when I bought it.An extra strap button end pin had been attached. It is a regular grip SQ neck with a nut width of about 42.9 mm.It's easy to play and gives a sense of tension. Although the material is the same as 28, it features a slightly lower bracing structure and a 3-piece back. Compared to the 28, it has a rich bass sound even with a light touch, and the treble has a more delicate tone. The sound is well-defined, well-balanced, and has a good dynamic bass response.Although it is a dreadnought model, due to its slightly sweet tone, it has been often used by folk artists who play mainly with finger picking. The guitar has some wear and finish cracks.I would say it's a beautiful guitar with medium relic naturally. It's in perfect condition for you to play right away. 24/7 humidity control.Shipping with original hardshell case, extra bubble wrap and box from Taiwan.Local pickup available. .
