This 2020 Martin 0000-28 Custom Shop bridges the gap perfectly between a dreadnought and a 000! Check out the included demo video.I’ve played a number of the 0000 models that have come through Gruhn’s shop here in Nashville (where this was first purchased), and they are especially versatile guitars. The power and depth are there, but thanks to the shallower body dimensions, lead and fingerstyle lines tend to “pop” a little more. This particular 0000-28 features a non-torrefied Adirondack spruce top, Indian Rosewood back and sides, and forward-shifted scalloped Adirondack bracing. It also features Waverly tuners and a 1 ¾” nut width.Overall, the guitar is in excellent structural shape. It has been gigged with, so there are various nicks and dings on the surface as well as some pickwear, and a Seymour Duncan D-TAR pickup has been installed (it sounds great plugged in!). There is minor fretwear on the first few frets underneath the B string. A strap button has been installed through the heelcap.Asking $3,350 here on Reverb (lower on other forums) plus shipping. Comes in deluxe Geib-style hardshell case.
