For a 53 years old bass guitar , this instrument is in phenomenal condition.This 1971 is one of the lightest basses I have seen so far and the finish and overall condition is absolutely incredible, with just a little “buckle rush“ at the back and just a few little marks here and there from over half a century of use.The weight is perfect, sitting at 8lbs , the tone is sublime and has sustain for days.Frets and trussrod in very good condition as well as the original Black Tolex Case. A really good piece for Players and collectors.
