Special, indeed. Here we’ve landed a gorgeous example of Kathy Wingert’s prowess at the bench that’s been dressed to the nines with gorgeous inlays along the fretboard, rosette, and headstock. Dramatic Black & White Ebony for the back and sides is the perfect contrast to German Spruce on top, giving the voice a smooth, smooth, smooth flavor with glassy definition throughout the registers. The top end has that sweet brand of sparkle that we see in so many of Kathy’s guitars. The lively string energy really draws in the player.
