In his Madagascar Rosewood video, he lets the viewer know that this tonewood is his personal favorite for the style of guitar he builds, and there could be no better testament to that than this Model M12, nicknamed "Ruby". Beautiful Madagascar Rosewood and Old Growth Redwood combo. Note the continuous grain extending from the fretboard to the headstock.
