July 11, 1979 neck date, with 1979 pots. Playability is fantastic, with easy playing low action. Truss rod functions as it shood, and the neck is straight. And endless tonal range! Two great sounding humbuckers, with a powered pre-amp/EQ. Standard pickup selector switch to choose either pickup, or a combination of both, along with a bright switch, separate bass and treble controls that provide both boost and cut, and phase reversal switch.
