Paying the custom duties is the responsibility of the buyer. I shipped more than 100 guitars worldwide and know all the usually needed paperwork involved. I am happy to provide guidance and support from the time you place an order to the moment the guitar reaches your door but I won't take liability for the customs delays beyond my control. Will be shipped fully insured with UPS Express (only 2 day delivery to the USA and most of Europe) with signature required option to home address. If you wish to get it shipped to the UPS store, please get in touch before placing the order. The shipping price is provided for the most popular destination like the USA or Europe. For the rest of the world a flat rate of $350 is set. Get in touch to get the exact price to your location or if you wish to discuss the possibility for slower & cheaper option.Disclosure: I try to make pictures that describe the general condition of the guitar and usually do not remove pickguards, necks, pickups or dig into control cavities to check pots. I am happy to do this on request as well as provide all possible close up photos you might be interested in, but please ask for this before placing an order if this is important to you. Otherwise returns will be accepted only if the buyer compensates the shipping cost. I usually have my guitars setup with low action and perfect intonation, but due to the climate difference further adjustment might be necessary when the guitar arrives to you.
