Excellent condition, 8/10, Made in USA, including worn original black hardcase with some black silver tape reinforcements along the edges, long neck where the neck meets the body at the 19th fret, some fret wear, this guitar has a strong cherry color still (not much fading from sunlight) and has the typical 1968 features such as the Boob Logo on the pickguard (very vague but it is there) that was only applied in 1968 and perhaps early 1969, the large f-holes (a bit more opening than 1967 and earlier, and again narrow in 1969 so only in 1968 was this seen, no one knows why, perhaps to make the removal of electronics easier), there is an area by the waist on the bass side of the back where there is more checking in the finish which could be due to a reaction to sweat but we are not sure
