This guitar is IMPOSSIBLE to find out. A true collector's piece. A dream guitar. Either if you're an AC/DC fan or a collector, you HAVE to own this one... This is part of the limited pre-production run (only 14 guitars known worldwide !), that were shipped directly to Angus himself prior they release his Signature Model (50 Aged & Signed + 200 VOS SG's were produced and released back on 9th November 2009). They were instantly SNAPPED by 250 lucky owners and locked into their private vaults and most of these great guitars won't be seen again ! They were extremely hard to find out by then, now it's just impossible. Even rarest, each of these 14 Artist Proof guitars has been shipped to Angus. VOS finish. VOS Sticker is still on pickguard ! The guitar show some light marks of use, mostly on pickguard, a little not-through-the-varnish ding on lowest horn (pictured) and what it seems to be a touch up on back headstock, close to the G tuner (also pictured). Frets are 98%. It comes with a Gibson Custom Shop hard case, which doesn't have Angus' Signature replica on, but it came to me this way. Weight's 3,2 Kg on my digital scale.I removed the serial number from my pics but it will be disclosed to purchaser. FYI it's between 10 and 14.This is the first time this guitar appears on Reverb. It's the deal of your life. What's about this 2009 Angus Young Signature serie ?Basically, it's an accurate replica of Angus' number one SG ("the one with slashes"). According to Gibson's website, it's supposed to be based on Angus' original vintage '68 SG, but... neck/body union and body's shape just don't match with my original '68 SG... they match with a '71-72 Standard SG. As any serious fan should know, Angus also plays a famous '72 model !This guitar is beautiful ; it’s very clean for a 7 ½ years old gem. As well, it comes with EVERYTHING that matters (Custom Shop case, COA, paperwork... with an obvious matching number). And... what about these beautiful woods ? Superb aged cherry finish, dark ebony fretboard... and what about these classic slashes ? Wow ! Reverb's definitely not a bad place to be ! BTW sorry but no trades.
