Here's a 2019 Yngwei Custom Shop in a pretty rare Apple Red Color. This is the best and easiest playing Strat I've had the honor of owning. Due to the scalloped neck it is so easy to play and you almost feel like you're playing on air.... I've had the Yngwei production model Strat as well as this custom shop model and while the production models are good, the neck carve on this one is much more refined, the guitar is lightweight and feels so great in the hand. Also the neck pocket is tight as is not the case on many production models. You can tell these custom shops are made this with care.The body is finished in a very very light nitro metallic red and the finish tends to occasionally flake. This is especially by the input jack but also there are flakes by the neck pocket as well as on the side of the guitar and a little on the back as well. It's not bad but I will say this guitar is not for the person who wants a perfect finish.I think Fender tried to make this finish really thin so the guitar would be extremely resonant which it is. This guitar is a masterpiece to me, so playable and sounds fabulous. My Luthier Dave Ayers from Scottsdale was blown away by the tone of this guitar. It sings.If you are ok with the paint flakes then you will be really happy with this guitar.... I have this guitar listed on Thegearpage as well so it may be sold on either website.
