The guitar has a sound thats all its own. The vintage feel and tone created in the original broadcaster wiring. I didn’t think much when I first picked it up it played great but after playing with the tone controls the mojo came out. I started to see where ZZTops Billy Gibions got a lot of the sound. The 1950 broadcaster. The guitar is phenomenal and an unmatched mojo of tone. There are only 17 or so in each custom shop relic across 4 models. It has an extra control plate to convert to modern tele wiring but in my option that’s not what makes this guitar it’s the broadcaster wiring.
