HOLD. ES-335's with figured wood are common in the modern era but were rare during the late 50's and 60's. This one is perhaps the third or fourth one I've had in the past 20 years. It has one issue. The back of the neck appears to have been stripped of most of its finish. It may have been oversprayed with clear but I believe it hasn't. Black light tells me nothing since it was done decades ago. Probably a Fender guy (it gets done to Strats all the time). I've owned this guitar three times and I'll buy it back when you're done with it. It's that good of a player and a great looker too. All original. Sealed PAFs. Currently has repro Kluson tuners but the originals are in the case but need new buttons. Original brown case. It is on hold until Nov 12. It will come off hold and be available if the buyer doesn't complete the sale.
