We ensure prompt tracking updates to provide peace of mind regarding your shipment’s status. Occasionally, tracking information may be generated a few days before the actual shipment date. All items are shipped on Tuesdays following the purchase to optimise efficiency by allowing us to batch shipments. Buyers are responsible for paying any outstanding duties/import fees incurred subject to their state of residence. Tubes are not covered by Guitars Plus. We strive to pack every shipment with care, but tubes are fragile. Amps ship from Guitars Plus in as described condition. Any repairs required on your end upon delivery are your responsibility.
