This is an extraordinarily well playing and sounding guitar. This 12 string is balanced and tonally rich between the spruce top and Brazilian Rosewood back and sides. The D-12-35 is in very good condition for its age. The bridge has been re-glued and had a few holes plugged as well.HSC included.
