Description

Stunning Nashville-built premium semi-hollow finished in classic Cherry and with a nicely figured body. This is the latest version and has no blemishes - it would be described as mint were it not for some minor ageing to the pickup covers. The Gibson ES-345 boasts a number of aesthetic enhancements over the traditional ES-335 - most notably the triple binding and parrallelogram inlays. It is crafted with a maple centerblock and quarter-sawn Adirondack spruce bracing, and has a lightweight feel and expanded range of tonal capabilities. The neck has a very comfortable rounded-C profile and Rosewood fingerboard with medium jumbo frets. It also features vintage deluxe style tuners, lightweight aluminium ABR-1 bridge and a Stop Bar tailpiece anchored with steel thumb-wheels and studs. It is equipped with a variety of high-end appointments like a hand-wired control assembly with Orange Drop capacitors, and Gibson's new Calibrated T-Type humbucking pickups which sound fantastic. Finally you get a 3-way toggle switch and 2x volume, 2x tone controls for versatility. It comes complete with its original Gibson hard case and its paperwork, candy as pictured.
