This prototype L-10 was given to long time Gibson Custom Shop foreman James W. Hutchins upon his retirement, and was customized with the treble-side fingerboard extension similar to Les Paul's. It is in excellent condition with a small finish ding on the top near the bridge, and sounds wonderful. Comes with original hard case.

The Gibson L-5 is a high-end archtop jazz-style guitar first introduced in 1922. Known for its warm tone and smooth playability, it features a carved spruce top, maple body, and an ebony fretboard.
