Here's a 1960 Gibson EB-0 bass in Cherry finish. No breaks, cracks, repairs. Serial number of #0 0800 (very cool). This is 1st version of the EB-0, that were only produced from '59-'60. Amazing double cutaway, slab body bass, with banjo tuners, and a single black cover humbucker pickup in the neck position. The neck feels and plays great! Easy playing action from top to bottom. Frets have good life left as well. Tonally the bass is BIG and FAT! It also has a lot of tonal range when working the volume and tone controls. The banjo tuners actually work great, and holds tune!
