This 1952 Fender Telecaster, often referred to as a Blackguard Telecaster, features a refinished Butterscotch Blonde solid body. The body, dated 12-4-52 and signed "Tadeo", was crafted by the renowned Fender luthier Tadeo Gomez, with his signature and XA initials present in the neck pocket. The guitar has undergone several modifications: the bridge pickup is original. The original pots have been replaced, though the capacitors, switch, knobs, and control plate remain original. The pickguard has been cut. Had once a humbucker or p90 on neck, body has been professionally repaired, and a new telecaster pickup was installed 7.5lbs
